PARENTS' ASSOCIATION
Parents at CCCS are encouraged to participate in the life of the School. There are many well-attended social events organised by the Parents’ Association, including the Christmas Punch Party and a summer event, generally held in a college or club.
Once a term, the school arranges an event for parents; recent examples include private tours of Christ Church Picture Gallery, Christ Church’s Upper Library and Tom Tower, visits to the gardens of Worcester and Christ Church, and an evening of Real Tennis.
Many parents come to Cathedral Assembly after which there is coffee in the Cathedral’s Priory Room, an opportunity to catch up and to meet the visiting speaker - be it a canon of the Cathedral, a priest, a University academic or a head of a senior school.
Every year the Music Department holds a friends and family concert at which our parents are invited to perform. Parents at Christ Church know that not only are their children valued, but they are too.
