At the start of the New Year, the Christmas season finishes with Twelfth Night, or Epiphany: when we remember the end of the Christmas story, the visit of the three wise men to the child Jesus. 

Remembering their long journey to Bethlehem, and the eastern European legend that they offered blessing to those they met on the way, at Epiphany we chalk blessings over the doors of our churches and homes. It was lovely to bless the Pre-Prep children's front door in this way: praying that the Pre-Preps may know and share God’s love in everything they do this year.
