I spoke last week of the fact that the Worcester and Pembroke choirs were about to sing again.
This week, we played some matches against Ashfold School.
Yesterday we took part in an attempt to break a world record – we are hoping that it will be in next year’s Guinness Book of Records.
On Wednesday, I found myself sitting in the upper gallery of one of my favourite theatres, The Royal Shakespeare Theatre at Stratford-upon-Avon.
We are always reviewing our practices here at the School and during the course of the in-service training days prior to the beginning of term we talked, as a staff, about ways of ensuring that we get the best from our pupils.
Last night I attended evensong at Christ Church Cathedral, the first time I had done so since mid June.
I have always loved Christ Church Meadow, but I am taking particular pleasure in my recent visits to it.
Earlier this week, during an Assembly, Mr Richards gave us an overview of the entries that he had received for the Greek and Roman Myths Competition.
Once every half term, Nursery and Pre-Prep come to Cathedral Assembly.
What has happened to the weather?
When we came back from half term, we knew that it would be a busy few days, what with Form 8 taking Common Entrance exams and other years in the Prep School taking internal exams.
The atmosphere in the Cathedral yesterday was a joyous one.
